Taylor Made secure new contract over competitors for the supply of a tray denester for high volume production line, based on demonstrable performance, and innovative vacuum gripper technology.

In early 2009 Taylor Made were approached by a leading confectionery company, who already have 3 bespoke Taylor Made tray denesters in daily operation, to provide a reliable tray denesting solution for another of their high volume production lines operating three shifts per day, five days per week. Previous attempts over many years by other companies failed to offer the required reliability and performance. The Taylor Made solution incorporated a unique, bespoke vacuum gripper system and pneumatic change over to accommodate the different tray sizes at the turn of a switch.
