Overview
The pneumatic Rigid Tray Denester (RTD) range was designed to denest products that are of a deep rigid construction where denesting is only possible through the use of a straight pull mechanism and is also suited to applications were vertical placement is required. The RTD machines are also suited to denesting trays that lack denesting features and retaining flanges. The RTD machines are ideally suited for denesting at rates of upto 30 products/min per magazine with consistent placement positioning.

Applications
RTD units have been successfully installed into productions lines for the placement of edible food labels into baking tins, prior to filling, as well as placement of wet wipe containers onto conveyor lines prior to label application. RTD have also been used on meat packaging lines for the denesting of rigid trays with return flanges that could not be denested using conventional tray denesting systems.

Materials
The RTD range is ideal for rigid PP plastics such as icecream containers, pots and tubs.

Motions
RTD uses PLC controlled pneumatic rotary and linear motion.
