Overview
Rotary Pick & Place (RPP) is suitable for the denesting of thin gauge trays without denest features and other applications where a pealing action is the most suitable solution for denesting and operates at production speeds of upto 300/min per magazine. The RPP can place directly into flighted or onto flat belt conveyor infeeds. The machines can be supplied as stand alone units synchronised to match line speeds or mounted directly to the line driven mechanically. We offer 3 different machine sizes to suit the size of the product with stainless steel stand, stainless steel control panel and integral vacuum system. The units incorporate smooth dc drive, compact design, and can be cycled continuously or in an intermittent mode.

Applications
RPP is ideally suited to high speed tray denesting and counting applications. Examples include counting and batching of medical dressings, paint colour chips for swatches and telephone credit cards prior to banding or loading into flow wrapper or cartoning systems.
