Tray Denesting
We manufacture a wide range of machines for the denesting and placement of trays onto packaging lines. Our machines are designed to accommodate PVC, PP, EPS, CPET, moulded pulp, aluminium foil & paper board trays, denesting into infeeds at speeds in excess of 100 items per minute.

In most cases we will not require you to redesign your trays as we aim to offer a reliable solutions that accommodates your current packaging, often developing innovative handling mechanisms.

We specialise in quick change tooling to allow change overs between products to be accomplished by line operatives without the use of tools. Change overs are usually completed in under 5 minutes.

Pick & Place
We design and manufacture pick and place machines for the catering, bakery, confectionery, household, medical and the chilled & frozen food industries. Our pick and place machines are designed and manufactured to meet customer specifications.

Providing your product is stackable in a magazine or hopper, we can pick it and place it onto a packaging or assembly line.

A Typical example of a pick & place application provided by TMM is a diary cover assembly machine which involved the placing of leather outers and card board liners into an indexing rotary table prior to heat sealing at a rate of 15 per minute.

Another example of our work is the design & manufacture of intermittent pick and place machines for the placing of measuring scoops into vertical form fill seal machines and also placing scoops directly into soap powder cartons.

Pick and place units are available with either pneumatic or electric motor drive and all pick and place systems are PLC controlled.

Pick and place systems are manufactured to meet water washdown environment requirements.

Product Feeding
We manufacture machines for feeding items ranging from sand paper sheets to spoons, CD's to wet wipe containers. If you have an application that needs a Product Feeding solution, we can supply the whole system for you, Taylor Made to fit your production environment.

A typical example of a TMM product feeding application is the feeding of CD's into the plastic protective jewel cases prior to over wrapping. We have also manufactured machines for feeding products into a computer game package including disks, guarantee cards, instruction booklets and folded posters at a production rate of 50 packs per minute.

We specialise in stand alone systems designed to suit your production lines utilising pneumatic or electrical motor drive systems. Machines are complete with stainless steel stands, stainless steel control panels, and integral vacuum systems. We can provide stand alone control panels as well as open control interfaces to SCADA and other external systems allowing you to integrate machine control with larger production line environments.
